A Voltage Stabilizer is an electrical device designed to automatically maintain a constant voltage level. A voltage regulator may be a simple "feed-forward" design or may include negative feedback control loops. It may use an electromechanical mechanism, or electronic components. 

Voltage Stabilizer keeps the voltage at constat 220v. If voltage drops it step up the voltage to 220v and vice versa.
